⁠Synthetic Engine Core

​ The dynatrace/dynatrace-synthetic-vuc image is a component required for auto-scalable synthetic location running in Kubernetes cluster. It is responsible for execution of all types of synthetic monitors. Execution worker for browser monitors has been excluded to separate image - Synthetic Engine Worker. ​
